2004
I bring over 20 years of dedication and experience to early childhood education, having spent most of those years teaching pre-kindergarten at Sammamish Children’s School.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy music, movies, and reading. Jamie Lee Curtis’s children’s books, in particular, inspire me with their creativity and meaningful messages. I am deeply passionate about fostering curiosity and creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning in every child I teach.
Education: My journey began in Okinawa, Japan, where I earned my degree from Okinawa International University. In the U.S., I pursued further professional development, including obtaining a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA), a Washington State Early Childhood Education (ECE) short certificate, and licensure as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Experience: I’ve worked in a variety of educational environments, including public schools and specialized institutions like the WA State School for the Blind.

Witnessing the growth and development of my students is the most rewarding part of my role. I particularly enjoy sparking excitement in science, writing, and math, creating engaging and fun learning experiences every day.
Education & Experience: With a Master’s degree in Law and STARS certification, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal passion to the Goldfinches classroom.
